Thank you! (+ some updates)

All of us here just wanted to take a moment to say thank you for the amazing response to the book and new patterns this week. We are beyond thrilled, and this has probably been our best launch yet.

ETA: Wow, you guys. We sold out of the Moneta pattern in less than 3 days. I can’t believe it. If you didn’t get a chance to get a copy, or you wanted the bundle, you have a couple options. The digital pattern is still available. Or, once we get them reprintedin a few weeks, we’ll offer another bundle deal for an additional day to make up for it.

Best seller!

I’m also really happy to tell you that The Colette Guide to Sewing Knits has been the number 1 sewing book on Amazon since the launch day! Amazing!

Leave a review!

If you have a copy already, we’d love it if you could take a minute or two to leave a review on Amazon. That seriously helps when it comes to other people finding the book there. Even if you bought it as a pre-order from us, you can still leave a review on Amazon.

Non-US readers

If you are outside the US, I’ve noticed that the book has popped up on Amazon’s European sites, but is listed as “temporarily out of stock” in some cases (such as Amazon UK). You can still place orders, but they haven’t finished setting up the title. I imagine it shouldn’t take more than a few days, but only Amazon knows!

ETA: It looks like Amazon UK now has it in stock.

As for Canada, unfortunately, it looks like you are better off ordering from the US site or from us directly due to the way does their distribution. I wasn’t aware of this until today.

Thanks again to everyone, we are so happy about the response we’ve gotten!

Yay! I ordered the book from Amazon France and they said delivery might take a couple days longer than usual, but that’s totally acceptable. Price is steep though, compared to $, but some of the pages I saw in the “surprise me” feature on Amazon convinced me that it was worth it ;)

Hi Sarai!
Congrats on the new book and two new patterns!
I just bought the book and Moneta pattern! Can’t wait until they arrive :)

So excited to read the book! Following the plus size blogger coverage. It’s so nice to not have to adjust any patterns! I truly hope you will add extended sizes to your patterns.

congratulations on a job well done. I just love the book, and both patterns. I love wearing knits, in fact, it is almost all I wear, and I was just waiting for such a book. thanks again.

Ummm… Thank you!!! I was one of the women who filled out your survey regarding plus sizes. I have never had success scaling up patterns… so I can’t wait to try my hand with the Moneta.

Congratulations on your well deserved success! :)

Will you be offering the digital version of the book on Amazon, or just on your own site?

April 18, 2014 #

Just on our site for now. :)

I ordered the package — super excited to have it show up here. I also really appreciate your listening to us and releasing modern-looking, non-mummu plus size clothing I want to wear. I’ve used your patterns several times to make dresses and Negronis for practically everyone else in my life, so I can’t wait to use them to make something for myself. I also wanted to really thank your team for introducing me to all these amazing plus-size bloggers. I have been reading their pages and archives and really enjoying them. Thanks!

Will the package hopefully be the exact same when the Moneta is back in stock? I didn’t get the order in before it was sold out and wanted to get all three.

The two patterns are great and I am finally to the point in my life that I have more curves then look good in many of the store bought knits.

Thank you for the tip. I searched Amazon for the new book a week ago and it was not coming up however this morning I have finally ordered it! Yipee! Am looking forward to learning about knits and sewing my own Moneta.

Congratulations on the success of the knit book. It will be a star in my sewing library, for sure!

You have come to represent quality in sewing, it’s books, patterns, customer service, the whole magilla. You deserve this success!

Well the option for print book and digital patterns isn’t avaliable :(. I wish the book print but don’t mind the patterns digital. Will it come out in a bundle that way? I hope so!!! They all look fabulous! Congratulations on a fantastic reveal and books/patterns.

my dawdling preorder package finally showed up at the antique post office in the woods… and kenn took the time to find out my status and reassure me that it was on it’s way. that’s the second time he’s helped me out, and i’m sure he must be as busy as you when these releases are launched…. so props to him as well. love the design and production value in everything you produce, the appeal of the patterns themselves aside. well done, all.
