Studio Shots: Colette HQ in film
Lately, I’ve been bringing my 35mm camera into the studio to capture our days around the office.
I thought I’d share a little bit of what’s been happening lately.
These are brown butter pumpkin rolls with a vanilla bean crème fraîche glaze that I made. I’ve been into baking lately and it’s great to have a studio of people to share the sugar with.
We’ve been shipping tons of Wren patterns, obvs.
Taylor buttoning the Camden, which is one of my all-time favorite patterns we’ve put out over at Seamwork. I can’t wait to make one for myself.
We’ve been in photo shoot madness lately. We have so many projects going through the end of the year, which is exciting but also a little chaotic.
Would you like to see more shots from within our studio like this?

Our next pattern is quite vintage inspired (it’s not that one, though) ;)

I love this! As a graphic artist, I love seeing other creatives’ studio setups. Love the mood boards and that little Wren table tent! And all that brick (sigh!) Please keep sharing your inspirational back stories of Coletterie!

agghhh your studio is making me very jealous as my work is a stuffy office with no windows :(

I love seeing the atmosphere of your studio. There’s a balance between the messy table and beautiful plants and flowers. And all white walls, nd abundance of light, love it!

I am hankering to make a Camden as well. Doesn’t matter that it’s 35°C outside.

There’s something so beautiful about 35mm film that digital just doesn’t quite capture. Gorgeous shots!

Yep, I just love film. In the era of instagram, it’s pretty interesting to slow down this way. I’m hoping to incorporate my medium format cameras too. :)

I hope everyone is warm for the holidays; I love exposed brick rooms until about this time of the year. Brrrrr! Seamwork cardigans?

Ha, true! Funny you should mention it because several of us have made or are working on Oslo cardigans lately.

How about a vintage camera case for a future issue of Seamwork? I’d love to have a case for my Canon A1.
