Finally for the New Yorkers: I’m teaching a short lecture-style class on April 11 at Mood all about sewing with silk! This is sort of a spin-off of the very popular class I did at Sewing Summit on special occasion sewing, but a little more specific. I’ll be talking about silk production, types of fabric, and my favorite tips for working with silk fabrics. Mood tells me it’s already beginning to fill up, so you may want to register now if you’re interested!
