Dresses I Didn’t Buy

I found this cool project by olivia mew on Flickr, titled “dresses I didn’t buy.” The artist describes it as “24 tiny felt versions of dresses from online stores. this is a work in progress and all of them + lots more will eventually make up a dress that fits me.” I’m excited to see what she does with them!

A project including all the dresses that I didn’t buy would be in a 26-volume encyclopedic set!!!

My goodness these are incredible! So cute, I can only imagine a dress made out of them.

This is so cute.

Mine would have to be jackets instead of dresses. I don’t think there’s enough felt in the state to cover the jackets I’d love to make.

When I saw these the first thing I thought was….they would be soooo cute as clothes for a felt board paper doll. Some little girl would have a blast.

That’s adorable! Its an art piece just as it is! I’d just cut out the photos though – way less time consuming!
