Her Post about the Pattern: Colette Ceylon Dress
What kind of fabric did you use? Seersucker cotton
How did you decide to reflect your personal style in the pattern? I like modern clothes with a retro twist and girly, dainty looking so the Colette Ceylon is just perfect for my style!
What thoughts do you have about the project? This is my first attempt on a Colette pattern and I am so glad it turned out so well. The instructions are clear and a breeze to follow through. The next time I made another Ceylon, I will underline the york instead of interfacing as I think it will make the york sturdier. On another note, I have also just completed my own Licorice Dress from the fabulous Colette Sewing Handbook.
Thanks, Sertyan!

I don’t think the Ceylon dress is for me but I see so many cute renditions of it that I’m tempted!
